Welcome! :)Well, I finally did it, I finally started the Kaley Rae Photography blog! This has been a long time coming, and with the push and help of some friends + fellow artists, we made it happen. I am so excited to share my latest work with you all on here, as well as a bit about myself, and what I do when I'm not photographing or editing! I figured to kick this off, I'd do a little introduction!I am Kaley Rae, the artist behind Kaley Rae Photography LLC. I am primarily a wedding, engagement, beauty, and high school senior photographer, located in Madison, Wisconsin. I travel all over Wisconsin and beyond to document not only weddings, seniors + beauty, but family, newborn, and maternity sessions, too! My love for photography started in high school, and since then, I've become a full time photographer + business owner. It is constant craziness, late nights, and lots of driving, but I truly would not have it any other way! My favorite part of the job is developing relationships with my clients. I still cannot get over the fact that I am the one who gets to capture such important moments in people's lives. I witness an abundance of love and life during shooting, and then I get to go home and relive it while I edit! (like whaaaattt?!) I graduated a year ago from Edgewood College, in Madison, Wisconsin with a degree in Graphic Design, and two minors in Photography and Art History. I am always itching to travel and recently got back from seven weeks in Europe + Morocco, with my fiance, Josiah! It is pretty nuts that one year from now, I will be on the other side of the camera! I am obsessed with our family dog, Remmie, and I consume a ridiculous amount of coffee and red wine. My friends and family tag me in anything cacti + succulent related because I probably have more plants than shoes (well, that may not be true, but you get my point, I'm a total plant lady!)
